Are you looking for a Senior HR Advisor role where:
*You will work in a hands on capacity managing day to day employee relations
*Have responsibility for the handling and management of complex cases
*Work as part of a large and diverse team delivering best practice HR solutions across a range of initiatives
As a CIPD qualified Senior HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
*Working in close partnership with Managers to provide flexible and proactive HR advice, guidance and support.
*Proactively delivering training, guidance and ongoing flexible support to senior leaders
*Providing specialist HR advice in relation to case management eg grievance, capability, discipline, sickness absence including sick pay arrangements,
*Advising and guiding in the interpretation and application of terms and conditions of employment and national / local agreements
*Recommending policies and practices to ensure the effective application of Equalities in employment
To be considered for this Senior HR Advisor position you must:
*CIPD Level 7 qualification essential
*Possess substantial experience of managing complex cases through to a successful conclusion.
*Demonstrate the ability to work in a process driven environment
*Previous experience of employee relations and trade union consultation and negotiation (advantageous)
*Be experienced in developing strong relationships with employees and offering proactive solutions
*Experience working within the public sector (advantageous)
This Senior HR Advisor role is a 6 month fixed term contract.
