Working from a new, purpose built facility in Worcestershire, the Senior HR Business Partner will assist the General Manager in providing a high quality HR service that meets customer needs and business objectives. Forming part of the Senior Leadership Team, this is a truly generalist HR role with a strategic, business wide focus.

Providing business wide strategic HR support, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
Support through talent management, leadership development, employee relations, health & well-being & engagement.
Create & drive the people plan.
Proactively monitor business performance.
Develop & sustain strong business relationships & become a trusted advisor to the leadership community.
Collaborate with the senior departmental leaders to understand the key business objectives in order to develop a comprehensive people strategy & training plan.
Implementing & directing in an autonomous fashion & work as part of a leadership team within a business partnering model.
Exhibit strong personal & team leadership, providing coaching to HR Business Partners ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery.
Co-ordinate the implementation of new people policies & initiatives, ensuring continual improvement.
Strong, generalist HR experience.
Previous experience of Partnering in a professional services environment.
Experience of working in a change intense environment.
The ability to influence & coach.
Ambitious, innovative, articulate & collaborative.
Previous management / leadership experience.
Manufacturing / distribution background beneficial.
L&D experience beneficial.
Location - North Worcestershire.
Monday to Friday 37.5 Hours.
Salary £45,000 - £50,000.
