Our client is a manufacturer of HVAC systems for commercial buildings. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for commercial, contractual, scheduling, cost management and reporting aspects of a number of projects in parallel. You will work alongside Project Managers and will ensure successful delivery of the projects.

This is a mainly office based role, with some travel, and so daily commute to Droitwich is essential.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage risks and opportunities
• Create, manage and control project budgets
• Create monitor and control project schedules
• Reporting and invoicing
• Carry out contract reviews

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

• Proven experience managing projects within construction industry, particularly M&E services
• Project Management accreditation
• Excellent organisation skills and good communication skills essential
• Commercial / contractual acumen with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Strong interpersonal skills, to motivate and focus the team
• The ability to monitor and control budgets
