Service Desk Manager

My client are an industry leading software house providing a wide range of award winning software who are now looking to add a Project Manager to their already busy team.

Are you looking for a Service Desk Manager role where you will:

  • Manage a team of 20 support/analysts
    * Helping plan and maintain the support for around 500 end users as well as customers/clients
    * Providing support for cutting edge, million pound software projects

As a successful Service Desk Manager you will be experienced in:

  • Knowledge of ITIL Framework
  • Leading a 1st/2nd line support team
  • Active Directory/Remote Desktop Tools
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure/Networking

The role is based in based in Wiorcester but offers a flexible approach to hybrid working with office working only required once a week.
