This Service Desk Manager opportunity will be working alongside two other service desk managers, as well as being an active member of the technical support desk. You will be responsible for managing a team of support professionals ensuring that they perform to a high standard and hit SLAs.

As a successful Service Desk Manager you will have experience in:
*Managerial positions within a service desk
*Working in a hands on role in a technical support role
*Investigating and reporting escalated technical issues
*Generating reports and feedback for management
