You will be responsible for
*Administration of the European Service Desk, a dynamic and cross functional department.
*Providing both 1st and 2nd line technical support to all of my client's European computer and telephone users (including German Design Office, 3rd party logistics' and repackaging plants, Manufacturing Reps, Distribution partners, customers and field based direct sales force) and any visiting associates.
*Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
*You will be part of Global Service Desk team working together to provide first class support to the business.
* Good understanding of Microsoft operating systems/applications
* Experience in hardware maintenance and software installation
* Good team player in a cross functional environment
* Fluent English Language, including written and spoken technical English, a second language would be beneficial.
Based in Worcester, commutable from Birmingham, Kidderminster, Malvern, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Hereford, Ledbury, Evesham, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Droitwich Spa and Pershore. Offering a salary of £23,000, plus a generous benefits package.
