Are you an experienced Sewing Machinist, Seamstress, Sewing Operator or Textile Production Operative looking for your next opportunity?
We are recruiting skilled Sewing Machinists to join a busy manufacturing team in Ledbury. This is a full-time, temporary position with potential to go permanent for reliable candidates who take pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch and assemble textile products
  • Measure, cut and prepare materials to specification
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow production instructions and sewing patterns
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
  • Work collaboratively to achieve production targets

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sewing Machinist, Seamstress or similar role
  • Confident using industrial sewing machines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
