Job description
This role would suit an individual who thrives on learning and developing and who would relish an opportunity to be part of a world leading organisation. With an expanding range of innovative software products, our client is looking for an additional member of the sales team who will be confident in offering exceptional customer service to customers as well as performing software demonstrations that showcase the value of the products.
Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Following up on inbound leads from telephone, web and email
Prospecting and identifying upselling opportunities
Respond to sales enquiries for the SaaS services we provide and be responsible for onboarding.
Identifying the needs of customers and delivering online software demonstrations that effectively communicate the products
Maintaining a good understanding of the software products and their value
Sales administration to include all logging of customer communication on the CRM database
Contributing customer feedback to the project teams
Attending sales appointments and exhibitions as required
Skills and Experience required:
At least one year's experience in a customer facing role.
Experience conducting software demonstrations and presenting to clients both face to face and virtually, is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Naturally driven with an ability to work on own initiative
Excellent team player
Enthusiastic with a strong desire to learn and develop
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with and sell a product that is invaluable and globally recognised. The client is based in Worcester (although offers home working 2 days per week) and is offering a salary of £20,000 - £25,000, with an opportunity of an additional £4,500 based on team targeted earnings.
