Systems Support Engineer

My client are looking for a new member of their growing support team.

As a successful Systems Support Engineer/ Application Support Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Providing the business with support for their ERP, CRM, Warehousing, EDI, and finance systems

• SQL Database Administration
• Identify and write keys reports for the business using SSRS technologies.
• End to End Process Documentation.
• Liaising with product suppliers and customers to establish a common structure for communicating additions updates and deletions of products to and from internal systems.
• Leading and assisting in testing of new software developments.
• Implementing product updates.

• Maintaining appropriate communication with business users and external third party on support calls and regular open call reports.

As a successful Systems Support Engineer/ Application Support Analyst you will:

• Have ERP System exposure

• 3 years + External software support experience

• MySQL and SQL knowledge
• General IT and support skills (AD, O365, networking)
• General knowledge and interest in software development and support
• Any awareness of wholesale active wear industry / sector is beneficial but not essential.

This Systems Support Engineer role is paying a salary dependant on experience of between £30,000 - £35,000 and have a great benefits package.

This role is based in Wednesbury and is commutable from Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, Halesowen, Cannock, Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Dudley and surrounding areas.
