We are currently recruiting Technical Advisors to work in Customer Service based roles in a fast growing and continually expanding company.
The ideal candidate will be used to working under pressure, enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills and have previous experience of a similar technical based customer service role.
Responsibilities for Technical Customer Service Advisor:
* Dealing with customer queries and delivering a high level of customer service.
* Liaising with internal departments.
* Identifying and resolving technical issues prior to escalating.
* Undertaking all admin duties on any ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
* Helping to achieve the departments KPI's.
Based in Worcester, commutable from, Kidderminster, Droitwich, Malvern, Hartlebury, Stourport and Bewdley.
As Technical Customer Service Advisor will be required to work various shifts patterns between the hours of 8am-8pm on a full time basis. Temp to perm opportunity available for the right candidate along with higher salary and other incentives. £7.50 per hour starting rate.
