My client is an established manufacturer of battery charging systems that are used across the UK and Europe. They are seeking a new Technical Development Engineer to join their existing team to test new products, produce technical reports, assist with new product design projects and provide technical support to clients.

Technical Development Engineer Responsibilities;

• Perform all relevant testing on new products
• Manage any calibration of test equipment
• Produce technical data reports
• Assist with the development of new product design projects
• Provide technical support to the Manufacturing Team regarding any arising electrical issues

Technical Development Engineer Requirements;

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Previous experience in a Research & Development position would be advantageous
• Must be able to read and create assembly instructions
• Knowledge of domestic and commercial wiring systems would be beneficial
