Technical Support - Level 4 - Worcester

An opportunity has arisen to join the Technical Support Team / Solutions Delivery Team and provide key ICT services to a large organisation head-quartered in Worcester. You will ensure a high level of technical support is provided to internal and external stakeholders, including working on the network, hardware and software. This is a Level 4 role and so applicants should have the capacity to lead and mentor a technical support team made up of levels 1, 2 and 3.

The successful applicant should hold a professional ICT qualification and ideally a Management certification too. An ITIL certification in IT Service Management or similar would be useful and you should have significant knowledge of a broad range of IT technologies and applications. Specifically experience is required within networking, VMWare, Storage and Back-Up and various OS environments.
