Telemarketing Administrator

What you'll be doing:

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services
  • Booking appointments for the external sales team
  • Updating and maintaining CRM databases with accuracy
  • Using mail-merge and other digital tools to showcase our company to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues to develop opportunities
  • Following up on quotes via phone or email
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and client communications
  • Handling inbound enquiries and directing them appropriately

Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new CRM systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn about our product range
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset
