A specialist training consultancy providing market leading services in line with an ever increasing demand for their industry leading qualifications.
Working from offices in Hagley, this role would be ideal for someone wanting to be part of a progressive company within an exciting and fast growing industry. With a focus on new business sales, the majority of enquiries will be inbound initially, with the potential for more outbound telesales as the role continues to grow.
New business sales - responding to emails & telephone enquiries.
Up selling to existing customers.
Advising customers / business owners on their qualification & training requirements.
Management of sales process through to enrolment.
No hard selling - nurturing the customer through the decision making process.
Updating customer records to include use of CRM & Excel spreadsheets.
Prior experience in selling high value products (up to £7000).
Previous telephone sales experience.
Knowledge of the professional beauty therapy or aesthetic industry.
Friendly & professional telephone manner.
Computer literate & meticulous in accurate record keeping.
The ability to work within a small team.
£18,000 annual salary plus commission - OTE £30,000 +.
Based in Hagley initially but the company due to move to Kidderminster or Bromsgrove in the near future so applicant must be prepared & be able to travel to these locations.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours including some flexible working to include evenings.
