My client are an event management company who are looking to recruit a temporary training administrator to join a busy team taking on a new project.
As a successful Training Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the training administration team and duties will include but are not limited to:
*First point of contact for telephone and email queries.
*Responsible for the setting up of various courses
*Registration of delegates
*Preparing and distributing joining instructions to delegates
*Managing and maintaining various excel based spreadsheets
To be successful in this Training Administrator role you must have strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills. This is a busy, varied role working as a member of a close knit team.
This is a temporary ongoing position with full time hours.
