Our client is looking for a highly motivated Transport Coordinator / Administrator to join their fast phased office on a temporary basis.
The role of a Transport Coordinator will entail:
*Producing and confirming loading plans
*Book relevant deliveries to customers
*Maintain records and information of the transactions
As a Transport Coordinator you should:
*Be confident in using all Microsoft programs
*Complete general operational administration duties
*Be able to work in a busy environment with a small team
*Have good self management skills and use you over initiative
The ability to pick up new systems in essential however the use of SAGE is preferable.
The hours are Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 16:30
The hourly rate is £9p/hr+ Holiday Pay
