Our client is looking for a highly motivated Transport Coordinator / Administrator to join their fast paced office on a temporary basis.
This is a really exciting ongoing opportunity for someone who is organised, enjoys a challenge and wants to be part of a great team.
The role of a Transport Coordinator will entail:
*Producing and confirming loading plans
*Book relevant deliveries to customers
*Maintain records and information of the transactions
As a Transport Coordinator you should:
*Be confident in using all Microsoft programs
*Complete general operational administration duties
*Be able to work in a busy environment autonomously as part of a team
*Have good self management skills and use you own initiative
*Work well under pressure
The ability to pick up new systems in essential however the use of SAGE is preferable.
Hours: Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 16:30
Pay rate: £9p/hr+ Holiday Pay
