UK Service Breakdown Coordinator (KT 2800)

This is a fast paced, administrative and logistical role that requires the individual to be highly proactive with an exceptional level of customer services.

The key responsibilities and duties for this role:

*Providing customers and engineers with updates and information on the progress of recorded incidents
*Booking engineer visits to customer sites
*Ensuring all required test equipment is provided to support the visit
*Maintaining regular contact with both the customer and engineer

Skills and experience required:

*Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
*Exceptional communication and customer service skills
*An ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
*An excellent relationship builder with both customers and engineers
*Strong Microsoft Office skills
*Highly organised and proactive

Full training will be provided for the right candidate
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 7.15am - 5.30pm
Salary - £23 - £25k basic (depending on experience) plus an additional 2 hours overtime each day
