Our client is a dynamic and expanding company specializing in the manufacture, sale, and maintenance of refuse collection vehicles across the UK. We are currently seeking a dedicated Vehicle Maintenance Technician to join our workshop team in Kidderminster.

About the Role:
As a Vehicle Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for building, maintaining and repairing specialist refuse collection vehicles to the highest standards. All necessary training will be provided to support your success in this exciting role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault finding and repairs
• Refurbishment work
• Welding repairs
• Completing work to company standards and deadlines
• Maintaining accurate documentation of daily work activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Mechanical experience, ideally from commercial or HGV vehicles, or relevant mechanical fitting & welding repairs
• Desirable: experience with vehicle electrics and hydraulics
• Full driving licence is essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to health, safety, and good housekeeping practices
