Venue Hire Coordinator (Part time)

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient Administrator who is a natural Customer Service professional and who thrives on building relationships with clients, Assisting with the continued growth of a local prestigious organisation, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational and planning skills as well as being able to manage clients in a professional and highly effective way.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

* Retention of existing customers, through excellent customer service

* Acquisition of new customers, supporting the Venue Hire Executive
* Ensuring all paper work is accurate, including accounts and invoicing

* Processing quotations and bookings

* Preparing and sending out client contracts along with Terms and conditions

* Ensuring equipment is in place for events

* Meeting and greeting clients and handing over to operations team to oversee full events

* Assisting with all sales campaigns and monitoring competitors and market conditions

Skills and experience:

* A confident relationship and natural rapport builder

* Exceptional administration, organisation and project management skills

* A genuine desire to' go the extra mile' and develop business

* Confident on Microsoft Office packages

* A flexible approach (occasional additional hours at weekends / events may be required)
