Working from the European Office in Kidderminster, this role will primarily be based within the small warehouse/stores department. You will support the Technical Services team by booking in, testing, refurbishment and despatch of customer products returned for repair. Assisting with stock management, stock relocation and despatch of orders.
Receive incoming goods, check quantities & acknowledge receipt
Book repairable units on servicing database
Incoming items for service cleaned to a satisfactory standard
All products correctly identified & located
Customers informed of any discrepancies or issues with packaging / cleanliness
Stores area kept tidy
All stock parts correctly located, labelled & locations kept up to date
Test incoming stock parts according to requirements
Conduct appropriate goods outwards / final testing on all serviced products
Some spray painting of repaired / damaged units
Ensure all products are packaged to meet customer requirements
Keep accurate despatch records
Previous warehouse, goods in / out, stock room experience beneficial
Good overall standard of maths & English
Strong computer literacy
Customer facing experience
Exceptionally high working standards & attention to detail
Team orientated but able to work unsupervised
Professional & courteous
Excellent organisation, planning & problem solving skills
£21,000 annual salary.
Based in Kidderminster.
Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm.
