We have a new and exciting opportunity at our well-established client, TVH, based in Kidderminster.
Are you a process and detail-driven leader looking for a new challenge within a growing environment? Reporting to the Management team, the right candidate will support and help with the day-to-day running of dispatch within the warehouse.
Warehouse Team Leader Duties and responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure the smooth running of the dispatch operation
Raise team achievements and errors to management and assist in finding solutions
Monitor and Communicate KPI targets to the team
Monitor health and safety and general housekeeping within the warehouse
Provide support to the supervisory team e.g. by covering absences/holidays and attending meetings
Holiday and absence monitoring within the team
The ideal candidate for this Warehouse Team Leader attributes and skills:
At least 3 years experience in the fast paces Warehouse environment
Excellent leadership and people skills, approachable and professional
Strong IT skills, in Excel, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office. Training on in-house system will be given
Team player and results-driven
Strong knowledge of health and safety
Salary: £27,040pa
Hours: 11:30 am - 8:30 pm Monday to Friday
