MIG Welder

Location: Kidderminster

£13.50 - £14.00 per hour

Hours: Full-Time, Temp to Perm Opportunity

Mon - Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm

We're currently recruiting for a experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on welding and fabrication experience, looking to work in a dynamic environment with the opportunity for site-based installation work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication work: Manufacture machine parts, structural components, or equipment from drawings, specifications, or verbal instructions.
• Welding: Predominantly MIG welding, with TIG considered a strong advantage (but not essential).
• Independence & initiative: Able to follow instructions and also work confidently on your own.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven fabrication and welding experience
• Comfortable reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using MIG welding (TIG is a bonus)
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
