What is the Professional Business Advisor Programme?
The Professional Business Advisor Programme is a funded scheme from the Worcestershire Growth Hub designed to help businesses access FREE expert advice to support their growth. Hewett Recruitment is pleased to be an advisor partner providing professional advice on Strategic Workforce Planning.
The programme provides FREE 1-2-1 advice to Worcestershire businesses, from specialist advisors in the county. The aim is to provide support on specialised topics to help businesses recover and grow.
What to expect from the Workforce Planning Sessions:
The Workforce Planning workshops, delivered by Hewett Recruitment's specialist team of experts, are bespoke half-day sessions offering 1-2-1 support for individual businesses. During the workshop, the Hewett Team deep dive into your business, starting with a diagnostic session to establish where support is most needed. From there, advice and training will be provided on the subject(s) most relevant to you.
Topics covered:
Employer branding advice - A comprehensive audit of your current employer branding from a candidate's perspective and recommendations on how to improve reach and engage a wider talent pool.
Recruitment process design / improvement - This can also include advice on Diversity & Inclusion – how to be a more inclusive employer.
Vacancy advertising advice - Where to advertise roles and how to write effective job adverts, optimised for SEO. In this section, we also talk about reviewing job descriptions
Interviewer training - We will cover interview structure; interview questions; personality profiling; how to sell the opportunity in a competitive market.
B Corp - the benefits of B Corp and advice on the assessment process.
Retention / creating a positive company culture - We can help at a strategic level in terms of developing company culture (values, mission, purpose); benchmarking salaries & benefits; flexible working models; building trust.
