Temporary Recruitment Process

1.Detailed job specification obtained and site visit
2.Candidate attraction activity + initial criteria screen and telephone I/V
3.Face to face interview and assessments + candidate briefing on vacancy
4.Pre-employment checks + CV submission
5.Client interview and feedback
6.Offer management, induction and start
7. After 26 Weeks, Temp Workers can be offered a Permanent Role fee free.

Retained Permanent Recruitment Package

Focus: A flexible, cost-effective model where we only receive payment if a successful hire is made.

Cost: Our Contingency fee is charged at 20% of the successful Candidates starting salary to be invoiced on the day they start. There are no hidden charges and a 10-week guarantee.

Cost: We charge a £500 (plus VAT) fee upfront when a company commits to the Exclusive solution, plus any additional specialist marketing costs as agreed. This ensures complete commitment from both sides and the £500 is then deducted from the final fee. This is calculated at 20% plus VAT as per the 'Contingency' solution and includes the 10 week guarantee period.
