The Government introduced Auto-Enrolment to encourage individuals to save for their retirement and under this legislation Hewett Recruitment MUST enrol you into a pension scheme within 3 months. You have the right to opt-out but only once you have been enrolled.
Both you and Hewett Recruitment must pay contributions into the scheme based on a % of your qualifying earnings (as set out by the Government):
