Hewett have access to a range of online Job Boards (Reed, TotalJobs, CV Library, Indeed) as well a well developed internal database of candidates, allowing us to identify active candidate quickly as well as advertising the position prominently to attract further interest.
In addition to this we use a variety of head-hunting methods, including LinkedIn and our network of contacts, to approach the passive candidate market. This will ensure that the full market is covered quickly and efficiently, ultimately leading to the very best candidate shortlist being identified for our clients.
Once shortlisted for interview with a Client they will also complete a psychometric leadership profile that will be shared with the interviewer ahead of a first meeting.
