Detailed Job Spec & Candidate Attraction

1. Detailed Job Specification Obtained and Site Visit
We begin by gaining a thorough understanding of your requirement. This includes agreeing a detailed job specification covering duties, shift patterns, skills, compliance requirements and working environment. Where appropriate, we conduct a site visit to understand the culture, pace of operation, health & safety expectations and team dynamics.2. Candidate Attraction Activity + Initial Criteria Screen and Telephone Interview
We actively source suitable temporary Candidates. Each applicant is screened against agreed criteria, including availability, relevant experience, right to work and shift flexibility. Suitable Candidates are then invited to complete an initial telephone interview to assess suitability, reliability and motivation before progressing further.
Face-to-Face Interview & Pre-Employment Checks

3. Face-to-Face Interview and Assessments + Candidate Briefing on Vacancy
Candidates attend a face-to-face interview with one of our Consultants. During this stage we assess experience, practical capability and cultural fit. Where required, we carry out role-specific assessments such as skills tests. Candidates are also fully briefed on the vacancy, site expectations, health & safety standards and assignment details to ensure clarity and commitment prior to submission.4. Pre-Employment Checks + CV Submission
We complete all necessary pre-employment checks in line with compliance standards. This includes right to work verification, referencing and any role-specific clearances.
Client Interview and Feedback

We coordinate Client interviews where required and manage communication throughout. Following the meeting, we gather structured feedback from both Client and Candidate to ensure alignment and address any queries promptly. Our aim is to maintain momentum and provide a seamless experience for all parties.
Offer Management, PPE, Induction and Start

Once an offer is confirmed, we manage all onboarding arrangements. This includes confirming assignment details, organising PPE where required, providing induction guidance and ensuring all documentation is completed. We maintain close contact during the first days of the assignment to support both Client and Candidate, ensuring a smooth and productive start.
After 12 weeks - a Temp Worker can be offered a Permanent role fee free.
