Alongside recruitment, I’m actively involved in business development, getting stuck into creating new partnerships and helping organisations build high-performing engineering teams that drive long-term success. My approach is consultative, detail-driven, and people-focused - aiming to deliver not just hires, but lasting career and business growth.
Prior to joining the engineering team at Hewett Recruitment, I spent four and a half years with an Executive Search firm, recruiting into the Private Markets across Europe. That experience gave me a strong foundation in high-level, specialist recruitment and a deep understanding of how to match talent with business needs.
