"The communication from Anthony has been excellent. One thing I appreciated from the start was he outlined how he approached dealing with the Employer/Client. It was made clear that the Employer would be contacted every couple of days for an update. From my perspective there is nothing worse than not knowing what is going on, so to hear this was very positive indeed. I would receive either a phone call or an email from Anthony with an update, even if that update were simply to say, “still waiting to hear. We initially had a 15-20 minute phone conversation where I outlined my requirements and salary expectations.
