• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and retention.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments.

Skills and Experience required:

• Experience working within commercial insurance broking.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational abilities with great attention to detail.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential).
