35 Hours Per Week

HYBRID Working - 2 days in the office 3 days from home

Hewett Recruitment's Finance team are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger to start as soon as possible for our client based in Worcester. This is a wonderful opportunity to joing a large organisation who offer the opportunity to move between departments further on down the line.

Brief overview of duties:

  • Processing Invoices
  • Matching and Coding all Invoices
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Matching PO's
  • Reconcilliaition
  • Chasing suppliers for outstanding payments
  • Posting remittances
  • Posting Sales Invoices to Customer Portals
  • Any ad hoc as and when required
