ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT - MALVERN - WORCESTERSHIRE

Are you interested in an Accounts Payable role where you will be part of a large team, working on high volume ledgers, in a global company?

My client are ideally looking for someone who is a great team player, with a positive attitude to join their expanding team, in return they are offering a 37.5 hour working week with core flexi hours and the opportunity to work from home for the majority of your working week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Dealing with daily communications via post and email
• Daily scanning and matching supplier invoices
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure invoices are promptly ready for payment
• Assist with resolving goods received not invoiced issues
• Processing employee expenses
• Assisting with payments and handling supplier queries
• Bank Reconciliations/Payment posting

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable position.
• Experience processing high volumes of purchase invoices
• Ability to prioritise and organise workloads and great attention to detail
• Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills as well as Communication skills.
• Any other spoken language is desirable (but not essential for the role)

Although this role is remote, the successful candidate should live within a reasonable commutable distance as fortnightly visits to the office in Malvern are required.

Paying between £21,000 - £25,000 (dependent on experience), it is commutable from Bewdley, Worcester, Droitwich, Stourport and surrounding areas.
