Business Graduate (International Graduate Programme)

Location: Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire (with International Placements for 4-6 months at a time)

The role:

As a participant in the International Graduate Programme, your responsibilities will include developing new products, expanding existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, and supporting sales control topics and the division's digital growth strategy.

You'll also engage in a variety of training courses and complete an international project. This involves working with colleagues across the globe and undertaking international placements at locations for 4-6 months during the programme.

It is essential that you are a highly motivated individual with a customer-first mentality and the flexibility for international travel and mobile working.

Experience and background:

• A bachelor's degree with a minimum 2:1 (preferrably Business related)
• At least 3 months of work experience, including internships

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous although training will be provided.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work well in multicultural teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and prioritising skills
• Proficiency in a second language would be advantageous

This graduate opportunity with become a permanent position following successful completion of the 18 month Graduate Scheme.
