Our client is a highly respected insurance broker, known for their personal approach, expert advice, and long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a confident and capable individual to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across a range of industries.

What you'll be doing:

As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll play a key role in delivering tailored insurance solutions and exceptional service.

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing renewals, MTAs and new business quotes

• Advising clients on a wide range of commercial insurance products

• Liaising with insurers to obtain competitive terms and suitable cover

• Supporting Account Executives with technical and administrative tasks

• Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures

• Building strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and reliability

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 years' experience in a Commercial Account Handler role

• Solid understanding of the UK commercial insurance market

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Comfortable managing your own workload and meeting deadlines

• Experience with Acturis is highly desirable, but not essential

• Cert CII qualification is a bonus, but not a requirement
