Job description

My client develops proven software and builds bespoke accounting systems. Working with leading multi-academy trusts (MATs), they provide robust finance and accounting software that streamlines tasks, controls costs, and accurately informs in real time.

They are looking for someone who can help support their clients on a day to day basis as well as assist in implementation and training of new clients on their bespoke software.

Are you looking for a role where you will:

  • Be part of an established software company that sells and supports finance systems within schools and commercial companies.

As a successful Finance System Support Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with incoming support requests, logging and resolving.

  • Building relationships with customers, both new and established.

  • Training new users on their software.

  • Assisting with implementation of software, consulting on new customer enquiries.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate would have:

  • Several years of solid accounts / bookkeeping experience

  • Knowledge of various accounting software, and the ability to understand new software packages.

  • Great customer service skills, both on the phone and virtually

  • Ability to acquire and apply knowledge and skills and understanding of user’s requirements and issues

The role is based in Worcester and is paying a salary of between £25000 - £35000 dependent on experience. Flexible / Part Time working can be considered.
