German Speaking Call Handler - Redditch TEMPORARY

We are looking for a German Speaking customer service call handler who is available temporary for 1 week in December to help assist in the offices with orders and administration. This role is temporary to cover 1 week.

Start date: Immediately

Receptionist duties:

• Answering and taking messages from our German & Austrian market
• Writing down orders including credit card details and passing them on to our admin team to process orders
• Reading & replying to e-mails

Receptionist Requirements:

• Exceptional customer service
• German Speaking essential
• A great communicator
• Approachable and understanding

Pay: £10 per hour

Shifts are: 2 hours on Friday 17th December - can be flexible on time
9am - 1pm 20th - 23rd December

working from the office in Redditch, a phone & laptop will be provided for the 4 days.
