Internal Sales Executive

Salary - £28 - £32k (depending on experience)

Location - Malvern outskirts (Hanley Swan area)

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm office based.

If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales teams, and helping a business grow through proactive Business Development and relationship building, our client is looking for an individual to join their dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the sales team by selling high-quality products and services to a diverse customer base.
• Taking a leading role in assisting management and all departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Creating accurate and timely quotations based on clear, well-documented customer requirements.
• Managing and updating customer data through the CRM system, ensuring a seamless journey from enquiry to order.
• Proactively following up on leads and quotes, helping to convert interest into sales.
• Answering calls professionally and ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Identifying upselling opportunities and promoting additional services and seminars to key industry professionals.
• Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate processing of orders and documentation.

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of working within a Sales / Account Management / Business Development environment
• Strong computer skills with excellent attention to detail
• An ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• An enthusiastic team player who's keen to contribute to business growth and profitability.
