Legal Secretary

A legal secretary is required to join a reputable company in Malvern on a temp on-going basis with an immediate start.

The role is varied and will be providing effective administrative and secretary support to the probate department. If you have previous secretarial experience and would like a new opportunity please get in touch today as training can be provided!

Responsibilities

  • File creation, generation of correspondence and preparation of documents.
  • To undertake all work of a secretarial nature such as typing, word processing, photocopying, making and taking phone calls.
  • Appointment making.
  • Arrange meetings.
  • Maintain and update the database.
  • Cover reception when required
  • To assist with client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.


Requirements

  • Previous work in a secretarial role
  • Computer literate and proficient in word processing and audio typing.
  • Excellent telephone manner & experience of dealing with clients.
  • Good organisation & communication skills.
  • An understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Audio typing

£10 per hour

Full time or part time hours are considered. Office is open 9-5
