Marketing Manager - Campaigns & PR

Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire | Part-Time (25 hrs/week) | 12-Month FTC Maternity Cover

If you are you a marketing professional who can make an instant impact, our client is looking for a talented Campaigns & PR Marketing Manager to join their Windows Solutions team on a maternity cover basis. Experienced marketers looking for part-time work is the main requirement, although motivated, less experienced individuals looking for full time hours, will also be considered.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will lead B2B and B2C marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales, across all customer segments.

Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns in line with company strategy
  • Tracking, analysing, and reporting on campaign performance and ROI
  • Creating engaging content for all marketing platforms
  • Coordinating PR activity and working with agencies to implement communications plans
  • Identifying opportunities to raise the company's profile across relevant channels
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and incorporating them into marketing initiatives

We are looking for someone with a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and practical marketing skills:

Skills and Experience required:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (desired)
  • Experience in PR and marketing, ideally across B2B and B2C markets
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Competency in marketing software and campaign analytics
  • A creative, strategic, and analytical mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a methodical approach

Salary - £25k - £31,188 (for both part time and full time options)
