Sales Executive

Sales Executive Cleobury Mortimer (20 minutes outside of Kidderminster)

A full time temp - perm contract for the right person working at the busy offices in Cleobury Mortimer. My client desires an individual with a strong focus on customer care and has a passion for sales. Working in a fast paced environment, the sales executive needs to be enthusiastic, dynamic and energetic. This role will combine dealing with existing clients and also to generating new business.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls, deal with customer queries and receive and process orders.
• Pro-actively make outbound calls to both new and existing customers to generate sales.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding quickly and efficiently to enquires and providing product advice.
• Build strong customer relationships in order to fully understand individual customer requirements and ensure repeat business.
• Attend customer meetings both virtually and in person where appropriate.
• Establish new business leads and initiate contact.
• Maintain accurate record keeping and administration.

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confident and enthusiastic and able to work to targets.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Good all round It and administration skills.

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Based in Cleobury Mortimer, Near Kidderminster.

£12 - 15.50 per hour depending on experience

Immediate start - weekly pay

Temp-perm for the right individual

Own car essential due to location
