The past year has been a true test of the recruitment industry’s agility and resolve, and this year’s awards particularly recognised the contributions of businesses and individuals who went above and beyond to keep the country moving during the pandemic.
In all, 47 individual and 42 company entries were shortlisted across 15 categories including Best company to work for and Covid champion of 2020. The winners were announced at the REC Awards ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 25 November.
