​Hewett Recruitment Announces New Charity Partnership with ONSIDE

Hewett Recruitment is pleased to announce a new charitable partnership with ONSIDE, a Worcester based charity, for the next two years. This collaboration reflects our commitment to supporting people in the local community who are experiencing disadvantage, marginalisation, or challenges to their wellbeing.

Working across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, ONSIDE provides advocacy and support services that help individuals navigate difficult circumstances and ensure their voices are heard. The charity’s work aligns closely with Hewett Recruitment’s values, particularly our focus on community involvement, ethical practice, and responsible business.

As a certified B Corp, Hewett Recruitment recognises the importance of contributing positively beyond the world of work. Through this partnership, we will provide support through fundraising, volunteering initiatives, and broader awareness activities to help strengthen ONSIDE's impact across the region. Working together represents a shared commitment to fairness, inclusion and practical support for those navigating complex circumstances and contributes to Hewett Recruitment’s wider approach to sustainability and community engagement.
