Kidderminster based Hewett Recruitment have chosen Wyre Forest charity KEMP Hospice as their charity of the year, supporting the hospice for the next 12 months in honour of a much-loved colleague.
Speaking about their support Ben Mannion Owner / Director at Hewett Recruitment said “Hewett Recruitment are really delighted to be partnering with KEMP Hospice as our Charity of the Year. KEMP provides incredibly important services to individuals and families at such a difficult time and everyone at Hewett is really keen to make a difference in the year ahead. Our late Finance Manager, June Smith, who passed away in December following her own brave battle with cancer, was an ardent supporter of KEMP over many years and the team at Hewett can think of no better tribute than spending 12 months dedicated to championing and fundraising for such a brilliant charity that was so close to June’s heart.”

Hewett recruitment are planning a number of events and activities to support KEMP Hospice, including volunteering for the charity and sponsoring their Firewalk event in October 2023. Jayne continued “With thanks to their sponsorship, plans are already in place for our Firewalk which is taking place on Thursday 12th October 2023. We are incredibly grateful to Hewett Recruitment for choosing to support KEMP. Strong relationships with our local community are so important to us. We’re here for the Wyre Forest and working with prominent companies such as Hewett Recruitment, helps to grow awareness of our care and support services which are available to anyone living in the Wyre Forest who needs us.”
