Millie Fox

Hi I’m Millie and I’m a Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Industrial Division. I started my career within Hewett’s back in 2017 working my way up from Administrator to my current position as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

​My role involves placing Industrial candidates into both temporary and permanent roles within Worcestershire. Typical roles I work on are Warehouse, Production and Assembly Operatives positions. I love interacting with clients and getting to know their needs as well as helping candidates find a role best suited to their skills. The best part about my role is helping people take their next steps in their career, whether it be their first job out of education or a new challenging role with lots of progression!

​The team at Hewett’s are also really passionate about supporting local charities and hosting fundraising events, as well as working with schools and colleges to help get the next generation ready for work.
