We are currently recruiting for a Production Line Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Worcester.

This role does not involve operating machinery. You will be working alongside a Machine Operative, supporting the end-of-line packing and palletising process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standing behind the Machine Operative and receiving filled boxes of contact nails.
• Sealing and securely closing boxes.
• Stamping boxes accurately.
• Stacking sealed boxes onto pallets safely and neatly.
• Using a pump truck to move completed pallets to the designated warehouse area.
• Collecting metal waste from machines when required.
• Handling boxes weighing between 5kg and 25kg.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous production line experience preferred
• Comfortable working on their feet for long periods
• Physically fit and capable of lifting to 25kg
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to carry out repetitive tasks with good attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
