Anthony Andrews

Hello, I’m Anthony, a Senior Recruitment Consultant with extensive experience in professional recruitment.

I began my recruitment career in 2007 and joined Hewett Recruitment in 2009, where I specialise in recruiting across commercial and operational functions. Over the years I’ve built strong partnerships with both businesses and candidates, helping organisations secure the talent they need while supporting individuals to progress and thrive in their careers.

My work spans a wide range of disciplines including HR, Finance, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Administration and Secretarial, Manufacturing, Purchasing and Supply Chain, and Warehouse and Distribution. I recruit across all levels, from entry-level positions through to senior leadership roles, and I also support clients with Executive Search assignments and large-scale multi-vacancy recruitment projects.

What I enjoy most about recruitment is the people. Whether helping someone take their first step on the career ladder or supporting a senior professional through a major career move, I believe successful recruitment is built on understanding people, their motivations, and their potential.

I hold the Certificate in Recruitment Practice from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and remain committed to continually developing my knowledge and skills to deliver the best outcomes for both clients and candidates.
