Chris Swann

I’m Chris Swann and I work in Hewett’s IT division - specialising in infrastructure, support, and software delivery roles across the Three Counties. I have 6 years’ experience of working within the recruitment industry, learning my craft with some of the largest global recruiters before joining Hewett in February 2020.

I love building relationships with clients and candidates alike while providing a great service. I am an enthusiastic and meticulous consultant who works alongside exceptional candidates with the aim to develop and realise potential in both candidate and clients.

I have called Worcester my home since I was 10 years old, so my knowledge of the region is abundant and I identify strongly with the community here. I love the tightknit bond that Hewett Recruitment has to this community and believe it is a key strength in its success within the region.
