Our established client are looking to recruit a Project Engineer to join their technical team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of infrastructure and cloud projects, supporting with installations, upgrades and technology deployments. It would suit someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical work, customer interaction and project delivery.

You will work closely with both internal teams and customers to deliver IT solutions and support infrastructure improvements.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering a range of IT infrastructure and cloud-based projects across customer environments.

Responsibilities include:

* Delivering IT infrastructure and cloud implementation projects
* Installing and configuring Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
* Supporting network infrastructure and security implementations
* Working directly with customers to deploy and improve IT systems
* Troubleshooting technical issues during project delivery
* Maintaining documentation for system changes and deployments
* Acting as a technical escalation point when required

This role will involve a mixture of office-based work, remote support, and onsite customer visits.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with Microsoft technologies and supporting IT infrastructure environments.

Key experience includes:

* Experience installing or supporting Microsoft 365 environments
* Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based infrastructure
* Experience working with IT infrastructure, networks or security solutions
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Desirable Experience

* Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop or cloud infrastructure
* Experience deploying SharePoint, Teams, Intune or Azure AD
* Microsoft certifications or relevant technical qualifications
