Job Title: Business/Product Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Location: Ross on Wye (Hybrid working after initial period)
Contract Type: Maternity Cover

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the product management and business operations functions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you have an eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a skill for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Some key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Assist in managing product lifecycles, from concept through to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.
Support day-to-day operations and coordination between product, sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Handle product-related documentation, updates, and inventory management.
Manage product data on internal systems and ensure accurate reporting.
Prepare product-related reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Provide general administrative support for senior product managers and cross-functional teams.
Skills and Experience required:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Previous experience in a business or product administration executive role is desirable, but not essential.
A proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
