Job Title: Business/Product Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Ross on Wye (Hybrid working after initial period)
Contract Type: Maternity Cover
Salary: £TBA

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrator to join their team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the product management and business operations functions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. If you have an eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and a skill for problem-solving, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Some key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Assist in managing product lifecycles, from concept through to delivery, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Support day-to-day operations and coordination between product, sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

  • Handle product-related documentation, updates, and inventory management.

  • Manage product data on internal systems and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Prepare product-related reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

  • Provide general administrative support for senior product managers and cross-functional teams.

Skills and Experience required:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Previous experience in a business or product administration executive role is desirable, but not essential.

  • A proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
