Food Tech Product and Packing Coordinator

As the Food Tech Product and Packing Coordinator, you will contribute towards bringing the branded products to market with precision and excellence.

You will be at the heart of the product and packaging development process - supporting innovation, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with technical and branding teams across the UK, Poland, and Thailand.

Some duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Support product development and technical activities for the brands.
  • Collaborate with the Brands Team to meet key milestones and critical paths for product launches.
  • Ensure supplier compliance with food safety and legal requirements.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date systems for customer and supplier specifications.
  • Create and check pack copies to ensure regulatory compliance for all product labelling.
  • Handle technical enquiries from customers and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Coordinate supplier technical data and drive resolution of issues with corrective actions.
  • Work closely with suppliers and technical teams internationally.
  • Manage customer complaints and generate trend reports.
  • Conduct product benchmarking and support product tasting and reviews.
  • Support with cooking validations, artwork approvals, and product testing.

You will need to be a proactive team player with a strong food technical grounding and a passion for the food industry.

Skills and Experience:

  • Detail-oriented with an understanding of food labelling and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong project management, time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confident working to tight deadlines across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable managing multiple technical documents and processes.
  • A solid understanding of food labelling regulations
  • A degree (or equivalent) in Food Science / Technology or a related subject
